How it works

WisdomFashion is a print-on-demand (POD) store. When you place an order, your design is printed and shipped directly by Printful B.V. on behalf of SatSom Consultancy. We never hold physical inventory.

Production time

Standard production time is 2–5 business days. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 UTC are usually started the same day. Production time is not included in shipping estimates shown at checkout. During peak periods (e.g. November–December), production may take 7 or more business days.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your order at printful.com or the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after the email is sent. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the item, please report it within 7 days to support@wisdomfashion.nl.

Returns & Refunds

Custom-printed items are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, because each product is manufactured to your personal specification.

Acceptable return reasons (Printful covers at no cost to you):

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received (Printful error)
  • Significant misprint (colour/quality not matching mockup)

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photos to support@wisdomfashion.nl. Printful will reprint or refund at their discretion.

Not covered:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Wrong size ordered (size guides are provided on every product page)
  • Minor colour variations due to screen calibration
  • Damage caused after delivery

Defective items

The EU 2-year legal guarantee applies (Directive 2019/771). For manufacturing defects discovered after 30 days, contact us within 2 years of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund via Printful. This does not cover normal wear and tear.

Lost orders

Claims for lost-in-transit orders must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. WisdomFashion will open a claim with Printful on your behalf. If confirmed lost, a free reprint or full refund will be issued.

Custom items policy

Returns are shipped to the Printful facility (default return address). Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated to charity. If you provided the wrong address, you are responsible for re-shipment costs.
