Terms & Conditions

The rules and agreements that govern your use of WisdomFashion.

Parties

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between SatSom Consultancy (trade name: WisdomFashion), ZZP registered in the Netherlands, operating in Amsterdam, and you, the customer.

Scope

  • These T&Cs apply to all orders placed via wisdomfashion.nl.
  • By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.
  • WisdomFashion acts as the seller. Printful B.V. acts as the fulfillment partner on our behalf.

Ordering & contract

  • A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. payment failure, content policy violation, suspected fraud).
  • All prices include Dutch BTW (21% for physical goods) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices shown in EUR.

Pricing & payment

  • Prices may change without notice for future orders.
  • Orders already confirmed are not affected by price changes.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • VAT receipt available on request via email.

Fulfillment

  • All items are manufactured to order by Printful B.V.
  • WisdomFashion cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction across different garment batches (acceptable industry variation).
  • Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

AI Studio

The WisdomFashion AI Studio allows you to generate original artwork using AI. By using the Studio you agree that:

  1. You are responsible for the content of your prompts and text overlays.
  2. You will not use the Studio to generate content that violates our Content Policy (§6 below).
  3. Generated artwork is provided for personal commercial use on the specific product ordered. You may not distribute, sublicence, or sell the raw artwork files.
  4. AI-generated designs may occasionally resemble existing works by coincidence. You accept responsibility for verifying that your final design does not infringe third-party rights before ordering.

Content Policy — Prohibited Content

WisdomFashion exists to celebrate creative, AI-driven fashion design. Use of the platform to generate, display, or order products containing any of the following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate order cancellation without refund:

Hate speech and discrimination — content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or national origin

Violence and threats — depictions of or calls to violence, weapons in threatening contexts, gore

Sexually explicit content — nudity, pornographic imagery

Content involving minors — any sexualised depiction of anyone under 18

Harassment and abuse — content designed to intimidate, bully, or harass a specific person

Illegal activity — content that facilitates, glorifies, or promotes illegal acts

Misinformation — deliberately false content designed to deceive

Trademark / IP infringement — logos, brand marks, or copyrighted characters without authorisation

Our content moderation system reviews prompts and text overlays before processing. WisdomFashion reserves the right to cancel orders containing prohibited content at any stage of processing. Repeat violations will result in account suspension.

Intellectual property

  • WisdomFashion and its licensors own all platform IP (logo, UI, software).
  • AI models used are third-party services; their outputs are governed by those services' terms.
  • You grant WisdomFashion a non-exclusive licence to process your prompts and designs solely for order fulfillment.
  • You represent that your prompts do not infringe third-party IP.

Liability

SatSom Consultancy's liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud (Dutch BW Art. 6:248(2)).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For consumers in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
